As a Business Unit Lead (BUL) for one of our clients, I focus on building autonomous, entrepreneurial teams delivering high-quality solutions in Business Intelligence, Data, and Analytics. My goal is to foster long-term client relationships based on trust, understanding of their business needs, and leveraging the latest technologies. I believe that success comes from a passionate and engaged team.
In the first decade of my career, I gained valuable experience in the automotive industry, concentrating on quality assurance. This taught me the importance of precision and attention to detail. Later, I developed expertise in business processes, automation, analytics, and Business Intelligence within the FMCG sector. These experiences have shown me how data can support decision-making and optimize business operations.
The COVID pandemic reshaped my career path, inspiring me to return to the IT industry, where I initially started. Today, I combine technical, business, and interpersonal skills to deliver top-tier solutions and inspire teams to excel.
I love keeping things organized as it saves time and energy and prevents problems. However, I also enjoy periods when events and actions flow in a less organized way. This provides space for creativity, experimentation, and adjustment.
